2 (10 oz.) packages of frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost strawberries, Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add oil, sugar and strawberries. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add strawberry mixture and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn our of pans and cool on racks. Makes 2 loaves.
