1/2 cup butter or margarine
16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c flour
1 can chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
16 oz sour cream
4 oz diced green chilis
6-6 inch flour tortillas
2-2 1/2 lbs cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute mushrooms over medium heat until light brown. Continue to cook, adding flour. Stir until well blended. Add chicken broth and cook 3-5 minutes. Stir until thickened. Set aside. Combine cumin, sour cream, and green chilis. Grease 3 qt casserole dish.Line bottom with 2 tortillas. Then layer 1/3 chicken, 1/3 mushroom sauce, 1/3 sour cream mixture, and 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times. End with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
