2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 c raisins (optional)
1/2 c chopped nuts


Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Serves: 10-12
Preparation Time: 30 minutes

In a small bowl mix eggs, vegetable oil and pumpkin. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Mix all together and bake in a 9x11" pan at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into squares.
