1 head shredded lettuce
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 chopped tomatoes
1 small bunch green onions (chopped)
3 shredded carrots
1 large cucumber (chopped)
2 cans red kidney beans (drained)
3 c. of coarsely crushed cheese nachos
1 large bottle creamy Italian dressing

Directions:

Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing a little at a time until desired amount is added.
