8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. white sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts Apples sliced or wedged (Granny Smiths are great choice)
Cream and blend all ingredients except for optional nuts with blender or mixer. Add nuts if desired or have bowl separate for additional dipping. Variation: Spread cream cheese onto plate (thin layer). Drizzle ice cream caramel topping over this. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over.
