Make 5 layers to this frozen dessert by: Crush 26 Oreo cookies with 1/4 cup butter. A food processor works great. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Next layer 1/2 gallon of chocolate chip mint ice cream on top of crushed oreos. Spread 1 can fudge topping on top of ice cream. Spread about 1/2 inch of Cool Whip topping on top of fudge. Sprinkle with 6 to 10 crushed Oreo cookies. Place in freezer.
