1 can 15 1/2 oz. salmon drained and flaked
1 small onion chopped fine
1/2 c. fresh whole-wheat bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 TSR. dried thyme
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.Combine and form mixture into 4 patties on to greased pan. Place in pan and bake for 20 minutes turning once.
