Turkey inners(giblets)
1/4 c of broth from turkey
8-12 oz chicken broth
2 t flour
chopped celery, onions, garlic to taste
2 boiled eggs if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil giblets until cooked. Saute in butter onions, celery, and garlic. Place 1/4 c broth from turkey into a small saucepan- add flour, and cook over mod. heat until thickens, and flour is slightly brown. Add rest of broth, boil. Add onion, celery and garlic mixture to taste. Sliced boiled eggs can be added at this time if desired.
