1 tsp Lemon Extract
1 box Lemon Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c veg. oil
1 c Apricot Nectar( find in a 12oz can in juice section at grocer)
4 eggs

glaze-
1/2c powder sugar and juice of 1 lemon.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, sugar, oil and Nectar. Add eggs one at a time. Bake in a greased and well floured tube pan at 325F for 1 hour. Combine Glaze ingredients, pour glaze over cake while still warm.
