1 Pkg devil's food cake mix(DRY)
1 can cherry pie filling
2 egg

Icing
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese (soft)
1 stick margarine softened
about 4-5 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
enough milk to moisten to spreading consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients all together. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 in 9x 13 pan that has been lightly greased and floured. Tooth pick should come out clean when done. Mix up icing ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
