1 9" pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. margarine
1 T. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 egg yokes
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & cornstarch. Add margarine, lemon rind, & egg yolks - mix well, add milk. Cook over med. heat & stir constantly till thickened; cool & fold in sour cream; pour into baked pastry shell. Chill at least 2 hours and top with Dream Whip© or whipped cream.
