Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 c. margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
4 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla (I add more)
1/4 c. milk
4 cs. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together. Pat into 4 logs and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. ( The recipe has lots of baking powder so make sure the logs are not close together when you do the first baking.) Bake about 15- 20 minutes until the logs are solid enough to be sliced through. Remove from the oven and slice each log on the bias and separate pieces for the second baking. Return to oven and bake until light brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We love mini-chips in them! You can also add chopped nuts or dried fruit such as raisins.
