4-6 boneless chicken breasts (depends on size)
1 egg
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. progresso bread crumbs
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 cube butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
parsley and garlic to taste
1 c. sliced mushrooms

Directions:

Beat egg and salt an pepper together in a bowl. Put bread crumbs and parmesan in another bowl and blend. Now dip chicken into egg mixture then roll in bread crumb mix, place in pyrex. Melt butter add lemon, parsley and garlic, drizzle half over the chicken Bake 375, 30-40 min. Put slice mushrooms over chicken and rest of butter mix and bake 10-15 min. longer.
