1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, sliced into rings. 1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can of whole tomatoes ( About 2 cups + juice)
1.c. uncooked minute rice
2-3 tsp. chili powder (to taste)
salt/pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger; drain. Add vegetables, rice and seasonings. Simmer and stir on top of stove about 5 minutes. Pour into baking dish and bake about 25 minutes at 350.
