1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce, or 1 can tomato paste
1 can veg-all
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups water
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot, brown the beef on medium heat, add onion. Add water and cook until meat is tender, approximately 20 min. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, veg-all and seasonings
Cook until all ingredients are hot and serve.
