1 c crushed saltines (about 30 crackers)
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup ketchup
1-4 oz can mushrooms, drained
1-2 1/4 oz can sliced black olives
1 small onion, chopper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs ground beef
Salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and additional olives, for toppings

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except topping ingredients. Mix well. Press into greased loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160. Cut into slices and serve with toppings.
