1/2 cup margerine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 and 1/2 cups Kellogg's croutettes stuffing mix
1/2 cup of hot chicken broth
1 and 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 and 3/4 cup milk
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons snipped parsley
1/8 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup of margarine in medium size saucepan. Add onion. Cook over low heat until tender. Pour over croutettes stuffing mix, tossing lightly. Stir lightly while adding hot chicken broth. Spread in greased 10x6x2 inch glass baking dish. Top with chicken.
In the same pan in which onions were cooked melt remaining 1/4 margarine over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Stir in eggs and parsley. Pour sauce over chicken and stuffing and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until set.
