1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/3 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, cocoa and salt. Then slowly add milk and vanilla. Mix in sugar in 3 parts.
