1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
31 oz. can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine cake mix, coconut, and butter/margarine till crumbly. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread the apple pie filling over the crumb mixture. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over pie filling. Combine sour cream and egg and spoon evenly over cinnamon and sugar. Bake 25-35 minutes or until edges are light brown. Serve warm or cold. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
