16 oz.can cream style corn
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed/drained
1 egg
3/4 c. crumbled saltine crackers
3 T. butter, melted
1 T. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream-style corn, broccoli, 1/2 c crumbled saltines, 2 T butter, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Put in a 1 qt. casserole. Combine remaining butter with remaining crackers and sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

1/2 c. = 10 saltine squares
1/4 c. = 5 saltine squares
I just crumble them with my hands right into the bowl.
