4-5 grilled chicken breasts (cubed)
1-2 can black beans
1 can corn
Shredded cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
cilantro (chopped)
olive slices
sliced avacado
Crispy tortilla strips (to top salad)
Ranch dressing
favorite salsa
favorite lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Grill and chop chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Prepare lettuce and other toppings. Just prepare as much as your group will eat. For the salad dressing, I mix 1 part ranch and 1 part salsa.

We serve this meal like tacos. Lettuce and chopped chicken on each plate and everyone adds the toppings that they like. This is one of my kids favorite meals.
