1 lb ground beef
salt & pepper
garlic salt (optional)
1 heaping T sugar
1/4 C chopped onion (or use onion salt)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
6 oz. noodles (cooked per directions)
1 C sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain grease from meat. Add seasonings, sugar, tomato sauce, onion. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. During this time, cook the noodles. Then stir in sour cream, cream cheese and noodles. Spray 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish with Pam and pour mixture into the dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for approximately 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
