Vegetable oil cooking spray or 1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 15.5 oz can cooked chicken breast
1 15.5 oz can tomatoes, diced
1 15.5 oz can small lima beans (rinsed and drained)
1 15.5 oz can corn (rinsed and drained) or 2 cups frozen corn
1/2 tablespoon Mrs. Dash original seasoning mix if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large pan to medium heat with spray oil. Add onion and cook until tender.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 8, 1 cup servings.
