1/4 wedge of iceberg lettuce
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Dash of sea salt or lime juice
Crabmeat
Kumback dressing or Marzetti's Thousand Island Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced avocado on top of lettuce and sprinkle with lime juice, top with crabmeat. Dressing may be added directly to salad or served separately.

Avocados have a mild but rich flavor; it marries well with smoked meats, melons and berries.
