cup peeled, seeded, & chopped cucumber (half of a small cucumber)
1 t. salt

1 cup plain yogurt
cup sour cream
cup chopped onion
T. rice vinegar
1 T. lemon juice
t. garlic powder
t. Greek seasoning
t. dill seasoning
t. minced garlic
t. mustard
1 t. olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

1. Toss chopped cucumber with 1 t. salt, allow to sit 5 min.
2. In medium bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
3. Squeeze cucumber to remove any excess water; stir into sauce.
4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
