2 cups rice, cooked
1 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 tsp. salt or to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package. Saute mushrooms,onions and garlic in butter. Add milk and cheese. Simmer on low until melted. Pour and stir into rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
