Lemon Bars Recipe

For crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar

For Filling:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

powdered sugar for sprinkling on top

Preheat oven to 350
Cream together 3 ingredients for the crust. Press crust into 9 X 13 glass pan. Bake for 20 minutes. remove from heat.

Mix remaining ingredients(except powdered sugar). Pour mixture over crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm.
Cool and cut into bars.
