1 qt chopped celery
1 (103/4-oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 c milk
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2c melted butter
2 c crushed butter type crackers( Keebler club brand)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine celery and about 1 cup water. Cover and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well. In a bowl, blend soup, with milk. Add with pecans to celery. Turn mixture into a greased 1 1/2 qt dish or meat loaf pan. Combine melted butter and crushed crackers. Spread over top of celery mixture in baking dish. Bake uncovered a 350 for about 1 hour.
