One head each:
leaf lettuce
red leaf lettuce
fresh spinach
chopped celery
chopped green onions
large can mandarin oranges
almond slivers

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
salt
pepper
parsley flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry lettuce and spinach. Break into bite size pieces. Place in zip lock bag. Add chopped celery, chopped green onions and mandarin oranges.

In medium bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste. Mix and pour into bag. Add almond slivers.
