1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 envelope sloppy Joe mix
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg. small shell pasta, cooked and drained
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the sloppy joe mix water tomato sauce, tomato paste. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in pasta. Spoon half the sauce into the 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with cottage cheese. Place a second layer of sauce over the cottage cheese. Spread cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
