Cut up turkey about 2.5 pounds
1 cup + 2 tablespoons 7-up or Sprite
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup peanut or vegetable oil
horseradish (opt.)
squirts of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together soy sauce, oil, horseradish and lemon juice. Then add 7-up. Will be foamy.

Marinate half a day or overnight.
BBQ 15- 20 minutes Be careful not to let it burn.
Can moisten with sauce while cooking.
Can be cooked under a broiler
