1-1/2 lb. flank steak or venison, partially frozen
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. monosodium glutamate (MSG) optional
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak across grain. Combine seasonings in a ziplock bag. Add meat to bag & marinate for 1 hour. Arrange meat on a cookie sheet. Place in a 200 oven for 4-6 hours turning several times. Store in plastic bags in refrigerator.
