2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour crea,
1 egg
2 c. apples, peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients; blend at low speed until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
Press 2 3/4 c. mixture into greased 9"x13" pan.
To remaining mixture add cinnamon, soda, salt, sour cream, vanilla, and egg.
Stir in apples. Spoon evenly over base.
Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
