Cheddar Carrots Recipe

6-7 medium carrots, sliced, or 2 cans sliced carrots, drained
1 diced onion, sauteed in 4 oz. margarine
3/4 c. Cheezit crackers
2 c. grated cheddar cheese



Directions:
Directions:
After sauteeing the onion, take pan off burner and add crackers; stir.
In a sprayed baking dish, layer half the carrots, half the crumb/onion mixture, half the cheese.
Then repeat layers.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350; then uncover and cook 10 more minutes to brown the top layer.
Non-perishable; can be served hot or at room temperature.
