"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 package turkey burger or sweet turkey sausage links or both 1 box of ziti noodles 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (any kind) 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese sugar
Cook meat and prepare noodles. Mix all ingredients and sprinkle in a little sugar to cut acid. Bake in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with foil before baking at 350º until hot and bubbly. Can top with extra cheese if desired.
