Ingredients:  
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup, (98% fat free or low sodium)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups medium egg noodle, cooked & drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir soup, milk, vegetables, chicken, noodles, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or until hot. Stir. Top with Cheddar cheese.
