4 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 tbsp butter, melted
salt and pepper
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water or chicken stock
1 cup dry herb-flavored stuffing mix, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Spray shallow casserole dish with nonstick spray. Place chicken in bottom of dish and season with salt and pepper. Layer the cheese slices on top.

In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the water or stock, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
