1/2c. butter
1c. flour
1 egg(whites slightly beaten)
1/4c. brown sugar
1c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and flour; mix well. Roll into balls and dip into beaten egg white the into chopped walnuts and press down in the center. Place in a 350 oven for 15 minutes.
