3 egg whites
1c. sugar
6tbsp. corn starch
1tsp. vanilla
3c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff; add the sugar and put in a double boiler. Cook 3 minutes. Remove and add the cornstarch, vanilla and coconut. Drop by teaspoons on a cookie sheet. Bake 350 until cookies are lightly browned on the edges.
