2tbsp. butter
1tbsp. flour
1c. milk
1c. vinegar
2 eggs
1tsp. mustard
2tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a double boiler ; when smooth and thick add vinegar, slowly. Then add the beaten eggs, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
