2 c mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c white sugar
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Topping
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 c chopped pecans
3/4 c crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, melted butter and nutmeg together well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Topping
Mix topping ingredients together and spread on top of casserole mixture. Return to oven for 10 minutes, checking to make sure it doesn't scorch.
