4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 qt. water
2 1/2 C diced raw potatoes
1 pkg frozen vegetables
Onion or onion flakes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add bouillon cubes to the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add potatoes, vegetables, and onion. Cook until potatoes and veggies are done. Add chicken soup and cheese. Cook on low (stir and watch) until cheese melts. It will scorch on the bottom easily.
