1(3oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 c. boiling water into jello stir until dissolved. Add 1 c. cold water. Let set in the refrigerator until slightly thick. Then chill 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk in bowl until crystals form it takes about 20 to 30 minutes in the freezer . While the milk is in the freezer I cream the 8oz cream cheese and sugar together . Then when the milk is done I whip till stiff. Then add cream cheese mixture to whip milk and mix together.Then add the lemon jello to the whipped cream mixture and mix all together. Then for the crust you mix 4 c. of crushed graham cracker crumbs with 1/2 c melted butter and 4 tbsp. powder sugar mix together. Then press 2/3 of the graham cracker crust in the bottom of a 9x13 pan . Then pour cream mixture on top of crust and put the remaining cracker crumbs on top. chill 4-6 hours or over night.
