1 box yellow, lemon or orange cake mix
4 eggs
1 -11 oz can of mandarin oranges with juice
1 1/4 c. oil
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 package instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Whip until thick. Fold in about 1 medium carton cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
