2 small pkg. tapioca pudding mix 3 - 15 oz mandarin oranges (save juice) 1 lg can pineapple tidbits (save juice) 3 bananas, sliced 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Mix saved juices and add enough water to make 3 cups. Add this to pudding mix and juices and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until thick. Allow to cool. Add drained fruit and bananas and coconut. Refrigerate until cooled.
