4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. chopped zucchini, broccoli or spinach
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz grated cheese
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients then pour into greased 9 inch or 10 inch deep dish pan. Bake at 325 for 50 to 6 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
