Ingredients:
1 pkg. thinly sliced round steak
1 stick butter
1/4-1/2 c. chopped bacon (4 slices)
1/2-3/4 c. chopped onion
garlic for taste (if desired)
salt & pepper for taste
corn starch (for gravy)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in rectangles about 1 1/2" by 3" each. Salt and pepper. Put chopped onion and bacon on meat. Roll each meat and secure with 2-3 toothpicks. Brown all sides in the butter. The butter will turn golden brown color. When browned long enough, put water in pot right over top of meat. Cover. Simmer 3-4 hours. After the meat is done, use the broth to make gravy. I just thicken the broth with corn starch (follow directions on container).
