1 cup plain yogurt (regular, lowfat, or nonfat)
1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
1 tsp capers
1/2 spring onion
1/2 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

Chop the green onion. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on top of the salmon.
