Salad:
2 cans yellow sweet corn
1 can white shoepeg
3 shredded carrots
1 small red onion
water chestnuts (chopped and drained)
celery
green pepper

Dressing:
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. real mayo
1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients together and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients together and pour over salad. Stir and chill.
