1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package orange or lemon gelatin
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 tsp. orange or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, gelatin, oil, apricot nectar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat 3 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9-by-13 inch pan and bake in 350 oven for 30-35 minutes or until it tests done. Combine powdered sugar and orange or lemon juice. Poke holes in hot cake with a fork and pour icing over the entire cake.
